At HAIVA.LIGHTS, operated by HAIVA ENTERPRIES, we are committed to providing reliable and quality lighting products. Our applicable products are covered by a 2-Year Warranty, subject to the terms mentioned below.

1. Warranty Period

HAIVA ENTERPRIES provides a 2-Year Warranty on applicable products from the date of purchase or invoice, unless otherwise specified in writing.

2. Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that occur under normal and proper use during the warranty period.

3. Product Installation

Products must be installed correctly and according to the recommended installation requirements. Damage caused by incorrect installation, improper wiring, or unsuitable electrical connections may not be covered.

4. Water & Environmental Conditions

For products designed for underwater or outdoor use, the product must be installed and operated according to its specified technical requirements. Damage caused by improper installation, physical damage, or conditions outside the product's specifications may not be covered.

5. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

- Physical damage or accidental damage

- Improper installation or wiring

- Electrical surge or incorrect voltage

- Misuse or negligence

- Unauthorized modification or repair

- Normal wear and tear

- Damage caused by external circumstances beyond our reasonable control

6. Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, customers should contact HAIVA ENTERPRIES and provide the invoice or purchase details, product information, and a description of the issue. Photos or videos may be requested for inspection.

7. Inspection & Verification

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by HAIVA ENTERPRIES. The final decision regarding whether a defect is covered under warranty will be made after evaluation of the product.

8. Repair or Replacement

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed and covered under this warranty, HAIVA ENTERPRIES may, at its discretion, repair the product or provide a replacement or suitable solution.

9. Warranty Limitations

The warranty applies only to the original product purchased from HAIVA ENTERPRIES or an authorized source. Warranty coverage may not be transferable unless agreed by HAIVA ENTERPRIES in writing.
